National FFA- Great Youth Who GO ALL OUT!

Have you ever had a dream come true? Wednesday morning I will fly to Louisville, Kentucky as the closing speaker for the National FFA Convention.  Their theme is Go All Out. There will be around 60,000 of America’s finest youth attending the Future Farmers of America or FFA Convention.  @nationalffa Friday evening, October 31 at 7:48 PM I will be the closing speaker for an audience of 18,000. Bud Walpole Does the Right Thing-Not Racism

When my cousin called and told me about Bud Walpole being fired from coaching due to claims of racism, I sounded like an owl, “Who?” Who?” I asked.  I, like many who have known Bud all of our lives, was stunned.  Bud Walpole is one of the kindest Christian gentlemen I have ever known. My Ta-Tas Fell on 9/11; Breast Cancer Awareness

My sister had breast cancer.  It was a shock to all of us since this was a first for the women in the family.  The one thing that I observed as my sister dealt with this aggressive form of breast cancer was her ability to laugh and have a positive attitude. The title of this post is an actual quote from my sister, “My Ta-Tas Fell on 9/11.” Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month I wanted to share her story.
